The UP Open University will hold its 9th Commencement Exercises on August 27, 2005, at the D.L.Umali Auditorium of the International Rice Research Institute in Los Banos Laguna.
UPOU Chancellor Felix Librero will lead the ceremonies whose theme will be “Creativity, Collaboration and Convergence”, part of the 10th year anniversary theme of UPOU.
