merong annual at lifetime. yun annual, fee is P100/year. yun lifetime, one time fee of P1000. yun annual, cheap id card, tapos kelangan pa-laminate. yun lifetime, yun PVC type. may waiting period, although bibigyan ka nun para sa annual na id as temporary card.
pero, ano nga ba silbi ng alumni id?
puje, baka un ang kailangan pag bumibisita sa UP, lalo na pag wala na UP ID mo at di ka naman nagma-masters. Parang hirap na kasi makapasok sa loob ng colleges. e.g. nung huling bisita ko dun kailangan me ID pag papasok sa loob ng College of Engineering. :p
Gusto ko nga ring kumuha nyan. Naka-dalawa or tatlo na ata ako nung annual. Baka kumuha na rin ako nung lifetime, para 'di na babalik-balik.
Saka meron din silang ini-o-offer na PCI-Equitable credit card na may tatak-UP hehe.

@glen: oo. nakakuha nga ata ako ng application form last year. di ko lang itinuloy. hehe.
@astroboy & red: kapag kumukuha ako ng alumni ID, nagfi-fill up lang ng form, tapos nagbabayad.

sa mga nagtatanong ng requirements, punta lang kayo sa alumni office then fill out an application form tapos bayaran mo lang. bring 1 1x1 pic and 1 2x2 pic. pag lifetime yung membership, you'll have to wait for the card to be done but you'll have a temporary id similar to those given to annual memberships.
bad trip nga lang yung wait. :( i came back just last week to claim my id, that's practically 5 or so months after i applied for one, they said wala pa daw and will check with their supplier. they asked for my mobile number just in case daw.
a couple of days later they sent me a text message and asked if i could give them another copy of my 1x1 id pic. nawala nila! aargh. the following day bumalik ako sa alumni office, said i was there to give them another copy of the id pic. sabi nung isa, "ah ok. pasulat mo na lang yung pangalan, degree program at year graduated sa likod. tapos lagay mo lang jan." she gestured to another table. sabi ko, "ha? kahit saan dito sa mesa?" "oo, patong mo lang jan," was the reply. napakamot ako ng ulo. sa liit ba naman nung id pic malaki talaga ang chance na mawala kung basta na lang ganun.

need ko makakuha nito, just don't know how or where... bihira ako mapunta ng manila dahil province-based na ako. help naman dyan sa mga nakakalam kung pano. thanks
punta kayo sa bahay ng alumni sa diliman, magdala ng 1x1 ID picture. sa second floor andun yung alumni office. Fill up kayo ng form tapos bayad. Hingiin nyo yung number pang-follow up sa kanila, saka nyo balikan pag ok na yung ID.
