“Ginto’t Pilak Namumulaklak, Humahalakhak” is the theme of this year’s much awaited Grand Alumni Homecoming of the UP Integrated School, which is going to be held on December 8, 2007, Saturday, at the school’s Multi-Purpose Hall.
All alumni of the UP Integrated School, UP High School, UP High Prep, UP Prep and UP Elem are invited to this afternoon “to sawa” extravaganza hosted by the Silver Jubilarians of UPIS, the Batch of 1982. This event honors the Golden Jubilarians of Batch 1957 and the other celebrating Batches of 1947, 1952, 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977, 1987, 1992, 1997, and 2002.
On that day, the UPIS grounds will be transformed into a big street party where guests will be treated to good food, fun, games, prizes and entertainment provided by fellow alumni. This promises to be the school’s most-attended reunion to date, as UPIS opens its gates to alumni who wish to renew old friendships, relive the nostalgia of the good old days or simply revisit their alma mater.
