One could not argue that the UP Bahay ng Alumni is one of the busiest structures in the University. This 85 million-peso building is home to almost weekly concerts, frequent conferences, job fairs, and other activities. The three levels of its 3,000 square meter lot area, meanwhile, house a bookstore, an art gallery, restaurants, computer rental shops, office spaces, and meeting rooms. And, by the way, the University did not have to resort to commercialization to put up this building.
