Concerts, dance exhibitions, bazaars , contests and the much awaited Lantern Parade: UP Diliman (UPD) spreads the Christmas cheer once more through the December-long festivities entitled “Sandaang Pasko, Nandito na Tayo.”

- Bazaar around the Oval until December 23

Ode to Joy: A Festival Gala
- Beethoven’s 9th Symphony (“Choral”) in four movements, excerpts from Handel’s “Messiah” and immortal Christmas classics

- UP Orchestra with professors Rodney Ambat and Edna Marcil-Martinez as conductors; the CM Music Chorus classes under professors Eudenice Palaruan and Janet Aracama; and voice professors Katherine Molina (soprano), Camile Lopez Molina (soprano), Raymond Leslie Diaz (tenor) and Rainier Arthur Cruz (baritone)
- December 7, 7:00 PM, Abelardo Hall Auditorium

Synchronicity
- UP Jazz Ensemble with CM professor Rayben Maigue conducting, featuring Lara Maigue and Eileen Sison on the vocals, with guests the Family Cruz Band, Pinikpikan, Peacepipe and UP Dharma Down

Parada ng mga Parol (Lantern Parade)
- Officials of UPD and the UP System will lead the parade with three performing groups to heighten the unique extravaganza, namely: the UP ROTC Symphonic Band, Kontragapi and the UPAAP 2007 Cheerdance champions, the UP Pep Squad. A spectacular fireworks exhibition will cap the night.
