The DA-Office of the Secretary is in immediate need of a full-time writer, who will be placed under contract, to join its Speech Writing Group (SWG). Pay is very good.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Journalism, DevCom and other related courses such as Economics and Agriculture (fresh grads are welcome)
- Possesses versatile writing interests and styles, and excellent analytical skills
- Very efficient researcher
- Can work independently and has the will to take initiatives in assigned tasks
- Computer proficient
Responsibilities
- Write and edit speeches, talk points and souvenir program messages for the Secretary and other DA officials
- Write and edit press releases about DA Directorate Programs and other projects
- Attend to other writing/research requirements of the DA-OSEC.
