The position involves coordinating with clients, preparing training materials, researching training content and powerpoint and manuals preparation in support of the various programs we run for the varied clients of this company. He or she is also expected to take responsibility for some smaller projects under the direction of his/ her supervisor.
EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN THE LIBERAL OR SOCIAL SCIENCES PREFERRED although we won’t turn down misguided physicists or anyone from the natural sciences.
EXPERIENCE: Computer literacy required. Experience in writing RESEARCH and TERM PAPERS would be must.
IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES: Extrovert and an outgoing personality. Good communication skills.
Loves to read and write. Interested in technology. Attention to detail. Willingness to experiment, learn and grow creatively. Ability to recognize and adapt to changing conditions, including redefining his or her responsibilities as appropriate.
